97 : 4
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ
On that night the angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend by their Lord’s permission with all decrees.
