مِن نُّطۡفَةٍ خَلَقَهُۥ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ

ഒരു ബീജത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് അവനെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയും, എന്നിട്ട് അവനെ (അവന്‍റെ കാര്യം) വ്യവസ്ഥപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു.
