17 : 13
وَكُلَّ إِنسَٰنٍ أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ فِي عُنُقِهِۦۖ وَنُخۡرِجُ لَهُۥ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ كِتَٰبٗا يَلۡقَىٰهُ مَنشُورًا
We have bound every man’s deeds to his neck. On the Day of Resurrection, We will bring forth for him a record which he will find spread open.

- i.e., after showing guidance for him, he is responsible for his own destiny.
