مَا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ

គ្មានប្រជាជាតិណាមួយអាច(ធ្វើឱ្យសេចក្ដីស្លាប់)កើត ឡើងមុនពេលកំណត់របស់វាបានឡើយ ហើយពួកគេក៏មិនអាចសុំ ពន្យារពេល(សេចក្ដីស្លាប់)បានដែរ។
