قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرۡتَنِيٓ أَعۡمَىٰ وَقَدۡ كُنتُ بَصِيرٗا

അവന്‍ പറയും: എന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, നീ എന്തിനാണെന്നെ അന്ധനായ നിലയില്‍ എഴുന്നേല്‍പിച്ച് കൊണ്ടുവന്നത്‌? ഞാന്‍ കാഴ്ചയുള്ളവനായിരുന്നല്ലോ!
