هُوَ ٱلۡأَوَّلُ وَٱلۡأٓخِرُ وَٱلظَّٰهِرُ وَٱلۡبَاطِنُۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ

He is the First and the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden, and He is All-Knowing of everything.

  1. Before Whom nothing existed; the foremost; the uppermost.
  2. Eternal after Whom nothing remains.
  3. High, nothing is above Him.
  4. Nothing is nearer than Him by way of His knowledge; concealed from our physical senses.
