عُتُلِّۭ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ زَنِيمٍ
coarse, and furthermore, an illegitimate child.

- i.e., falsely claiming a particular lineage. It refers to Al-Walīd ibn al-Mughīrah (See also 74:11-25) or possibly Al-Akhnas ibn Shurayq.
