لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيّٗا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ

To warn whoever is alive and justify the word [i.e., decree] against the disbelievers.
