فَعَّالٞ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ

താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതെന്തോ അത് തികച്ചും പ്രാവര്‍ത്തികമാക്കുന്നവനുമാണ്‌.
