23 : 86

قُلۡ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبۡعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the Mighty Throne?”
