وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرۡيَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ

われら*が滅ぼした町（の民）は、（現世でやり直すため、）戻って来ることを禁じられているのだ。
