إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

निःसंदेह जिन लोगों के विरुद्ध आपके पालनहार का फ़ैसला सिद्ध हो चुका, वे ईमान नहीं लाएँगे।
