قَالَ مَا خَطۡبُكُنَّ إِذۡ رَٰوَدتُّنَّ يُوسُفَ عَن نَّفۡسِهِۦۚ قُلۡنَ حَٰشَ لِلَّهِ مَا عَلِمۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ مِن سُوٓءٖۚ قَالَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتُ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡـَٰٔنَ حَصۡحَصَ ٱلۡحَقُّ أَنَا۠ رَٰوَدتُّهُۥ عَن نَّفۡسِهِۦ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ

(El rey las hizo comparecer y) les preguntó: «¿Qué pasó cuando intentasteis seducir a José?». Estas contestaron: «¡Válganos Al-lah! No hizo nada malo que supiéramos». La mujer de Al Aziz dijo entonces: «Ahora la verdad saldrá a la luz (para todos). Yo fui quien intentó seducirlo, y él dice la verdad.
