16 : 108
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ وَسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰفِلُونَ
These are the ones whose hearts, hearing and sight are sealed up by Allah; it is they who are the heedless.

- Because they did not use their faculties of perception to seek guidance.
