٨٩ : ٥
هَلۡ فِي ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٞ لِّذِي حِجۡرٍ
Is there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception?

- Based upon the following verses, what has been sworn to by Allāh is that He will certainly punish the disbelievers.
