28 : 6
وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَنُرِيَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَهَٰمَٰنَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا مِنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَحۡذَرُونَ
and to establish them in the land, and to show Pharaoh, Hāmān and their soldiers that which they feared.

- Hāmān was Pharaoh’s minister during the time of Moses.
- Through those whom they oppressed and enslaved.
- i.e., the fulfillment of the Pharaoh’s old dream that his kingdom would come to an end at the hands of a newborn from the Children of Israel.
