إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبۡدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ

ಅವನೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಾರಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವವನು ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡನೇ ಬಾರಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವವನು.
