تَبَٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ

その御手にこそ（全創造の）王権があるお方（アッラー*）は、祝福にあふれておられる。そしてかれは、全てのことがお出来になられるお方。
