يَخۡتَصُّ بِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

Er zeichnet mit Seinem Erbarmen aus, wen Er will, und Allah besitzt große Huld.
