١٩ : ٦٨
فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَحۡشُرَنَّهُمۡ وَٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ ثُمَّ لَنُحۡضِرَنَّهُمۡ حَوۡلَ جَهَنَّمَ جِثِيّٗا
By your Lord, We will surely gather them and the devils, then We will surely bring them all around Hell on their knees.

- i.e., out of terror they will be on their knees or dragged unwillingly while on their knees.
