٢٨ : ٥
وَنُرِيدُ أَن نَّمُنَّ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتُضۡعِفُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَنَجۡعَلَهُمۡ أَئِمَّةٗ وَنَجۡعَلَهُمُ ٱلۡوَٰرِثِينَ
But We wanted to bestow favor upon those who were oppressed in the land, and make them leaders and inheritors [of the land],

- i.e., the Children of Israel who were oppressed by Pharaoh in Egypt.
