وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ

And [he is also sent] to others of them who have not yet joined them, and He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
