البَقَرَة Ayahs 286

2 : 100

أَوَكُلَّمَا عَٰهَدُواْ عَهۡدٗا نَّبَذَهُۥ فَرِيقٞ مِّنۡهُمۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Is it that every time they ratify a covenant, a party of them cast it aside? In fact, most of them do not believe.
