بَلۡ هُوَ قُرۡءَانٞ مَّجِيدٞ

いや、それは栄誉高きクルアーン*なのである、

つまりそれは、シルク*の徒らが主張していたような詩、占い、魔術などではなく、宗教的・現世的諸事に関する様々な教えを明らかにする、この上ない誉（ほま）れ、高貴さ、祝福にあふれた啓典である（アッ＝シャウカーニー５：５５2参照）。
