فَلَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ تَوۡصِيَةٗ وَلَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ

leur ôtant toute possibilité de laisser des recommandations ou de regagner leurs foyers.
