مَّا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ

Nul peuple n’est en mesure d’avancer ou de reculer le terme qui lui est fixé.
