يَعِدُهُمۡ وَيُمَنِّيهِمۡۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا
[Satan] makes promises to them and arouses in them false hopes, but Satan makes no promises to them except delusion.
