15 : 8
مَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓاْ إِذٗا مُّنظَرِينَ
We do not send down the angels except for a just cause, and then [the disbelievers] would be granted no respite.
