وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمٗا

But you cannot will unless Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
