إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

except those to whom Allah shows mercy. He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
