يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ

He punishes whom He wills and shows mercy to whom He wills, and to Him you will all be returned.
