وَوَقَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَيۡهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُواْ فَهُمۡ لَا يَنطِقُونَ

The decree [of punishment] will befall them because of their wrongdoing, leaving them speechless.
