38 : 3

كَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّن قَرۡنٖ فَنَادَواْ وَّلَاتَ حِينَ مَنَاصٖ

¡Cuántas generaciones destruí antes que ellos! Solo imploraron cuando ya era demasiado tarde para salvarse [del castigo].
