15 : 4

وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٞ مَّعۡلُومٞ

Y no hemos destruido ninguna ciudad cuyo final no estuviera decretado.
