Indeed you possess two traits that Allah loves: prudence and deliberation
Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said to Al-Ashajj, Ashajj ‘Abdul-Qays: "Indeed you possess two traits that Allah loves: prudence and deliberation."
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said to Al-Mundhir ibn ‘Ā’idh, known as Al-Ashajj of the tribe of ‘Abdul-Qays and its leader (may Allah be pleased with him): Indeed, you possess two traits that Allah loves: reason, calm deliberation, sobriety, and avoiding haste.
Encouraging the adoption of prudence and deliberation.
Encouraging deliberation in matters and the consideration of consequences.
Prudence and deliberation are among the praiseworthy traits.
One should praise Allah Almighty for the good character traits He has naturally instilled in him.
